Since the beginning of time, women of all ages have gathered to learn and heal together. Nourish - A Women’s Wellness Retreat, was created to bring generations of women together again in an accessible, sacred way. Other holistic health events or retreats require costs that can be prohibitive to many meaning those women who may need it most are unable to participate. We welcome women from all ages, backgrounds, races and life circumstances to come together to heal and empower ourselves to be positive influences to our families, communities and our Earth.
